We haven't seen any errors or had any reports of issues so far, we will continue to monitor for the next 24 hours.

We have fixed a bug and set the service active again, so far we are just seeing successful connections, we will continue to monitor the situation.

There were a lot of successful connections but we also noticed a few errors, we have reverted the change whilst these are resolved.

We will be making a change to the backend of our mail.allsimple.net service, any customers that use IMAP, POP or SMTP should automatically changeover to the new system. If we detect a sudden increase in issues then we will revert the change. We will make the DNS change at 12pm and continue to monitor for issues.
