    Here is an update with further timings from the data centre team:

    We'll be beginning the manual load shifting process imminently at ~10.20am, after which point the upgrade works on the substation will begin, which are expected to take until ~12.20pm. Once this work is complete and tested, we'll manually move the load back across and return to normal operation - we'll update you again once this is complete.

    We have been advised by our data centre partner, that they will be running maintenance next Thursday during the day, please see further information below:

    The works to be carried out in this window will include:

    - Upgrade to substation supply

    This work is being undertaken to ensure ongoing high-quality service delivery to all customers. Please see below for a basic summary of impact per action:

    Upgrade to substation supply
    We are upgrading the substation supply at our Netwise London East facility to enable additional power capacity for the active footprint of the data centre. During this window, the substation metering will be upgraded, during which time we will failover to our backup generator system to enable this work to go ahead safely. The window given here is the full extent of the time estimate for works to begin, however the actual work itself is expected to take less than two hours within this given time window. The move across to generator supply will be seamless and actioned manually ahead of the active portion of the works beginning, with no impact to client deployments.

    Please treat this window as 'at risk'. While overall power redundancy will be reduced during the active works portion of this window, there is no expected impact to client systems during this time.
